- TET: Must have passed CTET or State TET.
- Skills: Proficiency in English medium teaching. Computer knowledge is desirable.
- For Counsellor (TGT):
- Academic: Graduate in Psychology with a Certificate/Diploma in Counselling.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wellness Teacher or Counsellor.
