Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or student mobilization preferred (1–2 years).
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and local/regional language
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, CRM tools, or call tracking software
- Ability to convince and engage with youth from diverse backgrounds
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
2. Marketing Executive (Overseas Employment Training)
No of posts: 1
Pay: 20K to 25K
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Social Work, Mass Communication, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing, mobilization, or skill development (experience in overseas training/migration programs preferred).
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (regional language fluency is a must).
- Strong planning and organizing ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media marketing tools.
- Ability to drive students to reach to desired academic output
3. Food and Beverage Service Trainer (Guwahati)

Pay: Negotiable
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management. Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
Experience: 3-5 years of industry experience with reputed hospitality brands (minimum at a supervisory level). 3-5 years of academic experience in reputed hospitality institutes.
Skills and Traits:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Awareness of local aspirations and cultural context.
- Strong network and connections within the hospitality industry.
Preference: TOT certified in Food and Beverage Associate job role under Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council.
