Job Responsibilities

Candidates selected for the Customer Service Engineer role will have to:

  • Visit ATM and bank locations for installation, repair, and service.
  • Perform basic hardware maintenance and replace faulty parts.
  • Support in CCTV setup, networking, and ATM machine servicing.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of ATMs and provide quick customer support.
  • Report daily activities through a mobile app and maintain service records.
  • Handle company tools, spares, and follow safety protocols during field visits.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • 12th Pass + 2 Years ITI / 3-Year Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Freshers with a technical background are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements

  • Bike & Valid Driving License – Mandatory
  • Android Mobile – Mandatory (for reporting purposes)
  • Must be willing to travel locally up to 100 km per day
  • Physically fit and energetic for fieldwork
